After I declined and asked her to reassemble the case, the watch — which had previously been gaining about +36 seconds per day — suddenly began losing time at -240 seconds per day. While I cannot prove intent, this significant change strongly suggests the movement may have been mishandled during inspection. The lack of transparency and professionalism was deeply disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their timepieces.
