餐廳位於公園近水池邊，環境舒適。食物水準有驚喜，有酒店級數但價錢不算太貴。 跟餐大約$200 ，之後按自己喜好要不要加錢 選擇食物/甜品/特飲。另外，餐廳甜品原來出自高級酒店。拿破崙非常出色。但要一早預約定 因為好快就賣完了！ 今日中午叫了沙律，鱸魚，吉列黑毛豬扒，拿破崙蛋糕,冷泡咖啡。 整體水準都好高。 非常適合情侶朋友或者同事聚會。感受到餐廳對服務，食物要求都好高同服務員都好細心。主動幫我們加水，問食物是否合口味。

湖光瀲灩的Pondside 秋高氣爽的日子，選了在香港公園的湖畔餐廳慶生。 走進大門，只見和煦的陽光灑了一室，墨綠色的餐椅色調呼應窗外碧綠婆娑的樹影，湖水波光粼粼，真是賞心悅目。 餐廳職員熱情有禮，燦爛的笑容令人如沐春風。我們點了： 1）Tamago Salad with Crispy cod:Crispy cod 香脆。 2）Fennel Salad with Asparagus ,Cherry Tomatoes and cucumber : 新鮮美味。 3）Grilled Canadian Bone-in Pork chop with Onion Sauce : 我極少點豬扒，因為我覺得大多數偏乾，偏硬或偏肥，但這道菜的豬扒不但不肥，而且口感柔軟，超喜歡！ 4）Pan-fried Halibut fillet with Mustard sauce： 魚肉多汁軟滑。 5）cakes 是一大驚喜，廚師以鮮花點綴，非常漂亮浪漫。不太甜，口感極佳。 此餐廳的菜品質素一流，服務暖心，環境舒適，風景秀麗，立刻列入我的飯堂list !
