見到fb連佢啲員工 我都係前排完成佢哋sale我嘅脫毛療程 加有少少Facial啦！咁我而家都講吓佢哋公司啦，都幾令人哋討厭㗎！例如有間房，我做facial嘅時候發現櫃頂有個大毛公仔放喺上面，夜晚去做都幾恐怖加埋佢哋既黃燈，全程唔敢講野，加埋有時去見佢哋點埋果d好大支既蠟燭，成件事好得人驚，所以我一直同朋友講唔好去，去第二間安全啲

由起金馬倫道果陣做到而家 職員態度好好 每一次做之前都會好認真檢查皮膚 做完返到屋企都會keep住follow up 而且唔hard sell

我覺得LaserKool既服務態度好好 一開始會講解脫毛既流程同原理 再到分析我既個人狀況咁樣我可以更加清楚明白揀咩plan 之後治療師好細心同認真做療程 所以過程都好好 最欣賞係療程後有專人跟進 有問題可以即刻答到我👍🏻

初初喺尖沙咀quality好好，一直由同一個therapist跟進。唔知係咪暴利過頭，搬到大Office之後請多咗好多staff，每次去到都係新面孔負責做，唔會同客人有太多溝通，e.g. 問下痛唔痛、痛就慢啲打……依家直接流水線式工作，入去三五分鐘打完就下一位，越做越差。 仲要請多咗個女sales，又呃又氹，乜plan都sell一餐，真心唔會再去。 It was good when in TST as the same therapist kept working for one client. But after the store migration to MK, more staff are recruited. There are new faces operating the hair removal for the client each time without appropriate communication, e.g. asking about pain levels or whether they need a slower approach, etc. It feels like the production line now, you come in the room - remove the hair - come out the room in just 5 minutes, then moving on the next client. It is most unacceptable for recruiting one more female staff, always selling you to purchase various planssssss with coaxing and trickery. No second time.

原本有逆生問題但 脫完後有所改善 而且化妝上會比較無禁容易有鬚根
