COFFEE matters – 咖啡店

Black Coffee轉單品豆,有點失望,整體比較淡,放涼少少都飲唔到咩風味,可能barista一人工作太忙。

深水埗☕️太多選擇，見呢間咖啡店喺Google maps嘅分數都算高，就去試吓⋯ 此店兩口子主理，已開了六年⋯座位不多但都坐🈵八九成人，Oat Latte尚算不錯，友人點了Long Black亦感到滿意👍🏻

相比規模大、出品多、商業味道濃的Cafe，我其實更喜歡這種路邊一隅簡單樸實的咖啡館小店。走進去只需要點上一杯心頭好，找個舒服的角落安坐，靜靜享受屬於自己的曼妙時光。完全毋須理會旁人，透過落地玻璃外面自有無限的人生百態默默流淌。今日點了一杯冰美式，希望這座城也能苦盡甘來。

近年深水埗區出了不少簡約風小cafe。Coffee Matters以極簡主義為賣點，除了簡約的木傢俱佈置，就連菜單也非常簡單，有各種手沖咖啡、茶和輕食任你選擇。進入店舖十分寧靜，有手工甜品及麵包供應。叫了一杯cappuccino，小有地沒拉花。咖啡味沒有很岀色，還叫了原味鬆餅配藍莓果醬+牛油，鬆餅表面烘得微脆，不過食落就未做到外脆內軟，質感偏乾身，牛油味亦唔算重，果醬入面有一粒粒藍莓果肉，甜度適中，搽落鬆餅到可令濕潤度提高，整體唔算太特別，不過不失！閒來喝囗咖啡還是可以有其他選擇的！ In recent years, many small cafes have emerged in Sham Shui Po District. Coffee Matters takes minimalism as its selling point. In addition to the simple wooden furniture layout, even the menu is very simple, with a variety of hand-made coffee, tea and light meals for you to choose from. Entering the shop is very peaceful, have handmade desserts and bread supply. Ordered a cup of cappuccino, but it didn't draw latte art. The coffee taste is not very glamorous, and I ordered the pancake with blueberry jam + butter. The surface of the pancake is slightly crispy, but it is not crispy on the outside and soft inside, the texture is dry. The butter taste is not too heavy. The jam has blueberry pulp inside, the sweetness is moderate, and can be wiped on the pancake to increase the moisture level. The overall is not too special ! There are still other options when you are free to drink coffee!

呢半年深水埗新開咖啡店多到試唔晒，本來想試某幾間，因為太多人等，無意中見到COFFEE matters，等左大約15分鐘就有位 設計風格帶點懷舊復古色彩，趟門地磚很有質感；呢度主要售賣咖啡及少量甜品，選擇不算多。 Latte $42 質感順滑，咖啡同牛奶比例不錯，唔會過於Milky，而且有被靚靚杯具吸引到 Cappuccino $42 泡沫幼滑，咖啡味香濃，搭配香蕉蛋糕味道再豐富啲。 香蕉蛋糕 $38 是日蛋糕之一，賣相討好，質地濕潤軟熟，香蕉味濃郁香甜。 仲見到有一款「自己咖啡自己沖」，有幾款咖啡豆選擇，下次再嚟試試自己手沖咖啡。
