    啲面某個部份有鹼水味,有啲苦,鯪魚球蜆蚧汁唔夠多,錦鹵雲吞就OK,牛丸同豬手麵都一般。

    I specially came here to try the prawn noodles, and the prawns are incredibly flavorful with a strong prawn paste taste! Additionally, the steamed pork liver is thickly sliced, not overcooked, and very tender. The fermented red bean curd pork knuckles are well-marinated and worth a try. The black fungus is refreshing, but the pork lard mixed with the noodles is really fragrant; however, by the end, it becomes a bit salty. 特登慕名而來食蝦子麵,蝦子好濃味 蝦膏味濃!另外白烚豬膶,係厚切嘅,唔會過熟,入口嫩滑。 南乳豬手炆得好入味,可以一試。 黑柏葉好爽口,不過豬油撈麵頭嗰幾啖好香,食到最後比較鹹。

    炸醬中規中矩啦,但豬手炆得吳入味⋯個面好重皂水味,吳係我杯茶,仲叫左個白灼豬心(上碟時聞落有少少臭騷味,食落吳騷)
