    呢間雲川米線喺屯門有好多分店,今日收工夜咗趕時間叫定外賣返屋企,試咗酸麻金湯個的確幾好味,豬頸肉份量都幾多,平時唔鍾意食豬頸肉嘅我都覺得幾好食🤗 估唔到15分鐘就送到上屋企門口,下次可以再試其他湯底👍🏻

    呢間雲川真係咁多間最難食,上次食麻辣米線已經又唔夠辣啲湯又有陣苦味,不過平時食過其他鋪頭都正常發揮。好啦諗住俾多次機會呢一間雲川,今次幫襯佢豬骨湯米線,唔知點解佢俾勁多酸菜,完全冇豬骨味得個酸字,係勁水勁難食;啲米線又煮到唔嗲唔吊咁,雖然唔硬唔軟,但總之佢個口感就係唔好食⋯真係建議想試雲川嘅千祈唔好嚟呢一間

    希望貴店在外賣出餐時可更留心,畀成$80蚊碗牛展墨魚咀兩餸米線,返到屋企一開先知,大大嚿牛展都可以遺漏,成碗米線就得五粒墨魚咀襯托⋯

    今次來到呢間屯門區最出名嘅雲川米線,之前仲未改名叫雲川燒果陣,已經久仰大名咗好耐啦,今次終於有機會食到,過咗午飯時間都要等一等先入到座,鋪頭唔大,所以座位比較逼~ 酸辣米線💰HK$47 餸簡咗秘製豬頸肉同香辣腩肉,秘製豬頸肉係呢度必叫嘅名物,經過特別嘅調味同埋烹調方法,豬頸肉切到細細一條,每一啖嘅豬頸肉都感受到外層焦脆肉爽!而香辣腩肉就醃到好惹味,肥瘦均勻!酸辣湯底香辣惹味,美中不足就係碗米線明明叫咗正常淋度但都係偏淋,有少少扣分,下次會食返紅薯粉,口感應該會好啲~ 家鄉手撕雞💰HK$40 手撕雞係用咗麻辣醬同埋麻醬去醃製,即使唔點旁邊果兜麻醬都已經好夠味,大大碟份量多,好抵食~
