2 年前遇到Covid無法成行,當時買的機票航空公司不退費，只給一張有期限的Voucher，開放成行後，要補差價，貴到重新再買一張，看了網評，原來服務也是倒數很差的一家公司，以後出國再也不敢訂這家公司的機票了。

5 個月前不知道為什麼他們讓你前一天辦理登機手續，然後卻沒有像希思羅機場那樣提供行李托運服務。等待辦理登機手續的旅客數量簡直就是一個笑話，有點像啟德的日子。

2 年前在香港機場辦理英國航空頭等艙登機手續真是糟糕透了。我從晚上7:30排到8:30排了一個多小時的隊。工作人員不友好，管理也很差。
