租金便宜，3座貨台夠大，升降機有專人操作，45呎HQ貨櫃可入，不用褪尾上。
除非駕駛車輛到1樓車塲， 行人須要步行樓梯上1樓， 到達升降機大堂， 指示不清晰， 初來者，難以找尋！
田氏中心內有1，2座 地方也是整潔，所以應给第四粒星，亦是我點名特別要鑽賞清潔部的群體！因為每次我到這裹都看見有班清潔組正在工作中！所以這集團的衛生可算冇1都2
此地方亦算方便但對駕駛人仕來說是四周維泊滿貨車攪到四周擠塞相當之不方便
