3 年前As the other comments have said, the shop is fine and the instructions are clear. However, the sensitivity of the octopus payment is not good. I tapped and paid for drying, but it charged me twice. I illustrated the situation to the customer service a week ago but no one responded. It happened to another lady too. The customer services should be improved, so does the octopus tapping sensor. 機器有時感應不良，會刷使用者兩次費用。且，客服形同虛設，反應狀況給客服whatsapp後一直無回音。有點令人失望。
