欽記粉麵 – 中式麵食店

受唔到氣嘅就唔黎食！遲過十點唔使黎，星期日星期日休息！ 又要食又要俾人鬧真係犯賤，但係冇計由細個食到大，知道規矩就唔會俾佢鬧。尤其是佢忙到都應付唔嚟！但其實老細心地都幾好嘅。 最鍾意食麵或者鴛鴦，即係有粉有面，湯底係幾重口味嘅，但就唔知出邊啲魚蛋粉嘅湯底，感覺味精都係重嘅，真係會飲晒再1口 家姐退休，細佬接手之後啲魚皮份量係多咗嘅，只品質方面我又唔覺得有太大嘅分別，都係唔錯嘅！

真係好嬲 已經唔止一次比呢個男人勁無禮對待同無理由地選擇性唔接單 09:50 我排隊落單 前面有3-4個人插隊落order 我慢慢等佢寫完再叫 點知佢一野接咗三四張單之後好惡咁同我講話：無啦無啦賣晒啦！走啦食第二間啦！ 咁我無奈走咗啦 係第二間食緊野之後1個鐘內見到佢仲繼續不斷接order無落閘 已經唔止一次俾佢無原由地又勁無禮貌地reject! 我唔會再比自己受氣 都唔會再食佢！ 想食係因為回憶 你話係咪好食到天花板級值得咁受氣法？ 絕對唔係囉！！！ --- This isn’t the first time this man has treated me rudely and selectively refused to take my order without any reason. At 09:50, I was in line to place my order. There were 3-4 people in front of me cutting in line. I waited patiently for him to finish writing before I called out my order. To my surprise, after he took three or four orders, he rudely told me: 'We’re out of everything! Just go eat somewhere else!' Feeling helpless, I left. While eating at another place an hour later, I saw him continuously taking orders without any breaks. This has happened more than once—he has rudely rejected me for no reason! I won’t allow myself to be treated like this anymore, and I won’t eat there again! The only reason I wanted to eat there was for the memories. Is it really worth putting up with such bad treatment for food that’s supposedly top-notch? Absolutely not!" If you're considering visiting this restaurant, think twice. The poor service and rude behavior might overshadow any nostalgic memories or good food. There are plenty of other places where you can enjoy a meal without the hassle!

極有名氣的大埔魚蛋粉，基本上早餐都要等位。大埔人好興食兩溝，即係粉加麵，都幾得意。魚蛋係有魚味，彈牙得嚟唔會好膠。 魚皮都有兩種選擇，自己就喜歡厚身，魚味較濃👍🏽
