1 年前原來打算吃普通午餐,但店員同時放下澳洲和牛的價錢牌,我就心癢癢想吃和牛🤪,於是要了一塊$688 400g的,medium rare,肉質柔軟,味道很好。另外點了店員介紹的南瓜湯,非常燙口,配兩片蒜茸包,也很好。安安靜靜地休閑吃飯鋸扒,有助減壓,暫時放下煩惱,讓心情變愉快一點!

2 年前半山上的隱世扒 藏身喺屋蘭士里嘅牛扒專賣店,你揀好要邊款肉之後店員就會拎比你揀,肯定啱心水 Wagyu ribeye 好正,肉質嫩得嚟依然有西冷肉味濃既特性 T-Bone 扒連住骨邊脂肪,食落更加充滿油香 Mussels cooked in garlic, white wine and cream sauce is perfect too! ❤️ 白酒煮青口夠晒 creamy,個汁點包點薯條都係一流 And of course, my favourite Mac & Cheese 🔥 不過有啲唔開心係 creamy spanish 竟然無晒,硬係爭緊啲野 果然係個食扒好地方,而且無一般啲扒房咁拘謹,啱一大班friend 嚟 happy share

7 年前招牌菜是M5 ribeye和M5 filet, 我比較喜歡filet. 小食令人回味無窮, 炸洋蔥圈是大大的厚圈, 也不會坊間的辛辣味道。 Fish bites是我的大愛, 熱氣和好味程度我俾爆星。 西營盤過了皇后大道西就一直斜上山, 怕走斜坡或下雨可以鑽地底過。
