入居中、こちらのエージェンシーにはあまり専門的でも、借主に対して丁寧でもない対応が見られました。主にローカルの方を対象としているようで、英語でのやり取りも流暢ではなく、ややスムーズさに欠けました。エージェントのLắmさんとLưkさん（夫婦）は、仕事時間を考慮せずに頻繁にWhatsAppで連絡をしてきて、少し迷惑に感じました。問題を相談しても、「私と関係ない、他の人に聞いて」と突き放されることが多かったです。
さらに困ったことに、一度は家主のƠh ҢM氏とWờng MŁ氏とともに建物の前で待ち伏せされ、大声での口論や身体的な接触まであり、最終的には警察を呼ぶ事態になりました。
本来、不動産会社は貸主と借主の間で中立的かつ専門的な対応をするべきですが、この会社は明らかに貸主寄りで、借主の立場や安全を十分に考慮していない印象を受けました。安心して賃貸契約をしたい方には、他の選択肢を検討することをおすすめします。

During the tenancy, I did not feel that this agency handled matters with professionalism or respect for tenants. They primarily serve local clients and their English communication was not fluent, which made things more difficult. Agents Lắm and Lưk (a couple) often contacted tenants via WhatsApp without considering working hours, which was quite disruptive. When issues were raised, they were like “Oh it’s none of my business, go ask someone else."
In one alarming incident, they were involved together with landlords Ơh ҢM and Wờng MŁ in confronting the tenant downstairs with shouting and physical contact, eventually prompting a police report.
A real estate agency is expected to remain neutral and professional in mediating if disputes arise between landlords and tenants. However, this agency seemed to side with the local landlords and showed little regard for tenant welfare. If you're looking for a smooth and respectful rental experience, it may be best to look elsewhere.
