鮮豬雜是刻苦潮洲人的美食,以前都很價廉,但可以很鮮味,只是比較費功夫。這店豬雜湯基本上都用上鮮貨,湯底味濃像不辣的胡椒豬肚湯。這現代版豬雜湯也用上爽口的肉青,雖然口感好,但沒有另一家用豬腩肉片來得樸實而更有滋味。店裡餐單上有挺多不同種類的選擇,值得推薦。
店家自製的辣椒菜脯是一敗筆,能吃辣如我的也覺得吃後頭底馬上冒汗,舌頭發麻。
Went again since a number of years ago & quite disappointed as the ingredients were no longer as fresh & tasty as last time, pig’s lung tasted blank while intestines were better but lack the flavour complexities it should have. I did much prefer the competing shops in Sai Ying Pun.

1 年前從來不是在元朗的元朗粉麵 好搞笑地明明間本店係開喺灣仔,因為咩會有元朗呢個招牌呢?原來元朗合隆潮州粉麵招牌寫住「元朗合隆」,是潮州人老闆為紀念爸爸當年50年代喺元朗開辦的合隆冰室 大家千祈唔好去錯元朗揾嚟食 主打嘅豬雜麵一碗有勁多款式,每一個部位都有唔同嘅滋味。而且全部都清得好乾淨無異味,好有心 而個暖心暖胃辛香惹味白胡椒湯底正不特只,食嗰時記得要加埋勁正嘅辣菜脯同香到不得之了嘅潮州辣椒油。好香又辛辣🥵越食越刺激! 脆門鱔魚皮同平時一般魚皮比厚身好多,油香豐富,香脆嘅魚皮索咗湯之後個口感更一流 佢哋完全無一般中式粉麵舖油冧冧,地下滑潺潺嘅感覺!連個筷子筒都係爽身,可見清潔做得好足,呢點好值得欣賞呀👍

5 個月前送錯了食物到其他枱,別人的筷子已經放了進去,侍應攞返入廚房冇換過就拎畀我!現在香港的餐飲業真的做得比較差!沒人留港消費的原因就是香港人不爭氣!

1 年前2/5 裝修有特色,座位空間也足夠,乾淨企理。 醉雞先到,淡淡嘅甜味,酒味唔重,唔太香。雞皮爽滑,但係雞肉爭小小。 胡椒豬肚湯,胡椒味超級重,個人認為過火咗少少。豬雜類都偏乾身,豬油唔太香。 自家五花茶少甜好飲,菜莆辣勁十足也非常好食。
