餐牌上有各式各樣的日式居酒屋小食和美味的定食可選。我們點了西京燒比目魚定食($94)和生薑燒豬肉定食($78)。份量十分充足,包括前菜、日式醃菜、味噌湯、白飯和熱茶。我們還加了$10,把其中一份白飯升級成「貓飯」,就是加了牛油和紫菜的飯。
炸蠔和燒蠔都非常好吃,我個人更喜歡炸的!

A very popular Japanese restaurant located in Yuen Long. It’s not a big restaurant, but it gives off a warm, aesthetic vibe. You’ll often see people lining up as soon as it opens.
Their menu offers a variety of Japanese izakaya-style snacks and delicious set meals.
We ordered the Saikyo Miso Yaki Halibut Set Meal ($94) and the Shogayaki | Japanese Ginger Pork Set Meal ($78). The portions are generous and include an appetizer, Japanese pickles, miso soup, rice, and tea. We also added $10 to upgrade one of the rice portions to “cat rice,” which is rice topped with butter and seaweed.
Both the fried and grilled oysters were delicious, which I preferred the fried one!

2 個月前♡ 蔥燒牛舌定食 - 轉貓飯 好多款都想食 最後點了蔥燒牛舌定食 雖然是薄切牛舌 但夾埋大蔥蔥花一齊食入口軟嫩Q彈 牛舌肉汁配埋鹹香蔥花好香 咬落仲有微微脆感 十分滿足 稚的特色是配貓飯 其實是舖滿了紫菜、木魚花、日本醬油和牛油 基本上跟任何一款主菜都很搭配 大家黎到都要試吓 ♡ 燒三文魚腩串 (汁燒) 本身想叫燒三文魚腩定食 但發現有燒三文魚腩串燒點 所以先試了串燒 望落燒到很脆口 咬落魚油香混合甜甜燒汁 入口即溶 外層微焦帶點脆 好想配番杯啤酒🤤

5 個月前🌟元朗人氣日式定食🔥西京燒魚油香濃 「稚」係元朗一間好受歡迎嘅日式定食餐廳,假期未到12點已經坐滿人🍱!好耐以前試過一次,印象唔錯,今次趁假期再嚟試吓,睇吓質素仲keep唔keep到💡 🐟西京燒比目魚定食 $94 定食包埋前菜、漬物、味噌湯、煎茶,小食可以揀,我揀咗唐揚炸雞兩塊,睇落幾豐富🍗!比目魚燒到表面微焦,魚油滲出嚟,配上西京味噌嘅鹹甜醬香,每一啖都充滿濃郁嘅魚脂香氣🤤。魚肉嫩滑,輕輕一夾就散開,入口即化,味道平衡得好好💯! 🥩蔥燒牛舌定食 $80 相對之下,牛舌就令人失望。肉質偏韌,每片都要咬耐啲先咬得開,欠缺牛舌應有嘅彈牙口感,蔥嘅份量亦可以多啲,平衡口感會更好🧅。雖然調味唔錯,但以呢個價錢,其實可以食到質素更高嘅牛舌🤔。 西京燒表現理想,有日本嘅味道,魚油香加埋味噌醬真係幾出色🐟!但牛舌就麻麻,應該唔會再試呢款。整體嚟講,呢間算係元朗比較企理、高質嘅日式定食餐廳,鍾意食魚嘅話值得一試! 📍稚· 元朗俊賢坊18號權益大樓地下3號舖

6 個月前親民和風定食 位於朗屏站隔離嘅小巷有間日式小店 雖然地方淺窄,但食物製作用心有誠意 裝修都反映出老闆對動漫嘅熱愛! 🌼 葱燒牛舌 / 豚肉生薑燒 主食加$30可以升級定食;包括前菜、煎茶、味增湯、珍珠米。 另加$10可以將珍珠米轉茶漬飯/貓飯/湯烏冬 - 豚肉燒切條上,另配大量汁燒洋蔥;味道香甜。份量多之餘食得出淡淡薑味,充滿層次感。 - 薄切牛舌鋪滿碟上,燒得恰到好處。 - 貓飯有牛油、木魚同紫菜鋪面,不過嫌佢過於乾身。如果面頭淋番啲醬汁會更易撈勻嚟食 🌼 厚燒玉子 / 大葱雞肉串 嫩滑充滿蛋香,記得要趁熱食先可以食到流心蛋漿! 燒物就正常發揮,雞肉燒完仍保持肉汁
