日本城 (灣仔軒尼詩道店) – 家居用品店

去日本城換貨 因為真空袋漏氣 店長話無理由有問題 之後叫店員用吸塵機 check 下個袋是否真的有問題 店員鉅細無遺地檢查個袋 仲要剪爛新產品個包裝袋 將新同舊一齊比較 我唔知有咩意義 個袋有問題 佢地要換 佢地檢查不到有問題但我話有問題 甘是否不用換？ 我讚佢地工作認真 搞左成15分鐘 最後不情願地換 小人之心看待顧客 驚死我要拿著數 唔希望我好過甘 希望佢地工作長長久久 佢地不適合更複雜的工作 I went to exchange a vacuum seal bag as it inflates after removing the air. The store manager looked at me with doubts and said it's never happened before. She asked an assistant to test out the vacuum seal bag using a vacuum cleaner, and check if the bag really has an issue. The assistant checked the bag thoroughly by eyeballing it and kept saying she's never seen one being returned before. She went back and forth to talk to the store manager. It took me about 15 minutes to exchange a product and the service was bad. I didn't feel they genuinely wanted to help out a customer, instead, I felt that they were trying to disprove what I said and wanted to make the return process hard for me. I didn't feel respected and it was a total waste of my time.

日本城嚟講的話就祇有講灣仔電車路分岔路向左手邊那間日本城！都算係幾大間㗎喇!佢哋起碼有3至4個地下舖位，但又唔係走十蚊雞CheapCheap路線，大多都唔算太貴得嚟D貨都有返咁上下質素!性價比都幾高！D員工見我去過兩三次就已經認到我!對顧客態度屬頗佳!貨品界別屬邊冷門但生活起居日常又不能沒有的那一類物品!就碗碟嚟講佢以也賣嘅會係玻璃透明有花紋而唔係普普通通舊式那種舊式店舖！我若果有需要出街買開嘢的話見到有日本城我都會入去睇下有無嘢啱買，尤其3M果D嘢好多都有齊!我建議行街的話可以用D時間入去行下睇下，因為超級市場大多都無日本城賣嘅!前線做得好個客心知肚明，所以keep住待客以誠 生意就自自然然自己老埋嚟㗎喇!加油
