到香港落地第一天無意發現這間按摩店，想著進去試試，店內人員服務接待很親切，按摩手法更是專業，來香港那麼多次也體驗過很多家，這次終於讓我找到喜歡的按摩店了，索性再 直接預約五天後的回國前按摩

我想反映今日嘅體驗非常失望。 預約時我已清楚問咗45分鐘是否HK$168，60分鐘係幾多錢，對方話HK$208。我仲保留咗對話記錄。點知去到現場先被要求先付款，而且金額變成HK$248。我出示咗對話記錄比店員睇，佢先話自己講錯價，又話因為我冇主動提出係「早鳥優惠」，所以唔可以用$208。 但我係即日預約、準時到店、離開時仍然屬於早鳥時段。唔明白點解要由客人主動提出優惠先可以享有，明明係你哋報價時出錯，責任反而推返落客人身上。 更離譜嘅係，按摩師傅唔知我懷孕，一開始力度太大，話接待冇講。咁樣嘅內部溝通同服務態度真係令人難以接受。 希望你哋正視以上問題，否則我唔會再光顧，亦會建議朋友三思。 I’d like to share my disappointment with today’s experience. When I made the booking, I clearly asked if 45 minutes was HK$168 and how much for 60 minutes, I was told HK$208. I even have the chat record. But when I arrived, I was asked to pay upfront, and the price suddenly became HK$248. I showed the staff the conversation, and only then did they admit the quote was wrong. They then said it was because I didn’t specifically mention I wanted the “early bird offer,” so I couldn’t get the HK$208 rate. However, I booked on the same day, arrived on time, and left during the early bird period too. I don’t understand why the customer has to proactively mention the offer, especially when it was your staff who gave me the wrong price. To make matters worse, the masseur didn’t know I was pregnant and applied a lot of pressure at the start. I was told the receptionist didn’t inform them. This kind of internal miscommunication and poor customer service is unacceptable. I hope you will take these issues seriously. Otherwise, I won’t be returning — and I will advise my friends to think twice before booking as well.

見到評論環境幾好所以試下，的確環境好舒服，安靜，可以好好休息，經常按摩所以都明白師傅都係隨機睇好唔好彩，好在個男師傅都好好，同埋價錢真係好合理，按腳200幾蚊一個鐘，都建議大家可以試下
