4 個月前TYG (火炭）近火車站，員工工作態度認真、積極、有善。在畢業季節大家都放工過嚟拎袍，佢哋都唔怕超時，為一聚畢業生服務，務求為畢業生們有一個美好的畢業袍去參加畢業典禮。👍🏿

5 個月前服務態度及取貨管理欠佳，更不建議在此店買袍 1. 排隊安排混亂 還袍、租袍及買袍指示不清，個人前後遭受三位內地學生插隊，而在場職員並沒處理 2. 網上溝通與現場不符 由於是買袍，已早一星期以上確保有貨，取貨當天亦再三提醒，但現場卻得到的回覆：「不知有沒有？可以要試其他碼數，或再找人做」 3. 職員工作能力欠佳 拿錯院校的袍，經提醒後，職員指「應該沒有所謂吧」，待另一位職員上前了解才更換 4. 待客態度不一 有些顧客可有免費紙袋提供，有些有膠袋，提出要求後，職員指自行在門外撿別人丟掉的紙袋，態度欠禮，說法欠尊重 整體： 1. 袍的質素可以，希望回家檢查後不會有問題 2. 職員態度欠佳，管理混亂，離開時嘗試提出意見不果，只好在此留言 3. $640的價錢，買來這樣的體驗，令人失望；還是找別家，或只付更少價錢租借便好 Unsatisfactory service and pick-up arrangement. Gown purchase from this shop is NOT RECOMMENDED. 1. Poor queue arrangement Lack of instructions in rent/return/purchase. 3 students pushed in line but staff was not able to handle it even witnessed. 2. Online communication inconsistent with reality As I was to purchase the gown, I WhatsApp-ed the shop at least one week earlier to confirm my reservation. I also contacted them on the day of pick-up. However, when I arrived, staff just replied, “I am not sure if we have it now. Perhaps you get the other size or you have to wait for some new gowns.” 3. Poor working ability of the staff Unable to take the correct gown. Upon request, staff replied, “I guess it doesn’t matter.” Until another staff came and I was able to get the correct gown. 4. Inconsistent service Some got free paper bags. Some got plastic bags. Some got none and were asked to pick up the dumped bag outside the shop themselves. Quite impolite and disrespectful with their tones. Overall: 1. Acceptable quality. Hope there’s no further problems after checking. 2. Poor service and arrangements. Unsuccessful to get any proper response upon feedbacks. I can only express my disappointment and dissatisfaction here. 3. $640 for this experience, totally unworthy. Go to another shop or just rent the gowns instead of buying ones. / 一星期收到了退款，欣賞公司有所跟進。 Refund is received after a week. Thanks for handling.
