    Schragels位於香港上環普仁街,是一家以紐約風格貝果聞名的小店,距離現在已有10年歷史,特別是在美國吃完大量的貝果後,這是第一次在香港吃的,味道和口感相當熟悉。家族食譜源自1950年代紐約猶太熟食店。Schragels的貝果每日新鮮製作,採用傳統手工方法,手搓、燙煮及石爐烘焙,口感煙韌耐嚼,相當飽肚,單吃即可滿足早餐或午餐需求。原味貝果簡單純粹,散發濃郁麵粉香,搭配自家製忌廉芝士更顯風味,無論是裏面有芝士餡的,還是表面鋪滿芝麻餡的,吃完相當舒服之餘,其豐富的纖維也洗淨了我的腸胃,而且這種單純的味道一點也不寡。 Schragels, located at Po Yan Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, is renowned for its New York-style bagels, founded in 2014 with recipes from 1950s Jewish delis. Their bagels, hand-rolled, kettle-boiled, and stone-baked daily, are incredibly filling even plain, perfect for breakfast or lunch.     今日黎咗schragels食brunch, 舖頭裏面播住慢歌 好chillbagel好煙韌 好有彈性 煙三文魚份量都幾多! 店員都好nice

    非常好食,今日點了the big apple,很清新,夏天吃很舒服,Bagel非常Chewy有香氣,地點旺中帶靜,1點到也有位置,坐得不擠,吃完慢慢坐到2點。
