3 週前朋友話:「我終於明點解你食嗰陣一粒聲都冇,真係好食到講唔到嘢住!」 第一次! 食燒牛肉好似食緊燒豬腩mix 叉燒嘅口感 肥瘦相間肉質做到外脆內軟嫩又爆汁 滿口牛油甘香 朋友喺我耳邊不停講嘢 但我嘅注意力當刻只想集中喺舌尖與味蕾 任何煩惱同問題都飛到九霄雲外 — 食べる前に話そう💁🏻♀️ 呢道驚豔菜嘅主角係小田牛 係嚟自鹿兒島嘅頂級黑毛和牛 餐廳Wagyu Kappo Oda 主打和牛割烹 一心想食牛嘅朋友推薦tasting omakase menu 日籍主厨會用小田牛變化出七道和牛菜式 冷盤、炭燒、漢堡扒、壽喜燒以至釜飯牛全部都係🥴 最令我wow嘅係炭燒部分 三個部位各四切 彌足珍貴但和牛油脂濃厚 所以呢個份量啱啱好~~ 另外朋友食嘅係seasonal omakase 10道菜分量多啲 和牛以外亦有其他如海鮮等嘅菜式 小田牛方面嘅菜式與烹調基本上同tasing menu大同小異 甜品亦一樣係自家製嘅抹茶布甸 呢個收尾超讚 豆腐布甸滑溜有蛋香 視覺同味覺都超治癒desu!!

1 個月前7月佢地做緊特別promotion,原價差唔多千三嘅9 course omakase,而家$980就食到。所有野都好高質,落左海膽同魚子醬嘅菜式,我簡直覺得自己吞左成個海洋落肚
